At Blend Extension Academy, we want every student to feel confident in their training choice. If you wish to request a refund the following applies:

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase as long as no course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or used and no training sessions have been attended.

For courses that include an in-person training day, all deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another date with a minimum of 7 days notice.

If Blend Extension Academy cancels or reschedules a training date, students may choose a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original full payment method within 5-10 working days.
By booking a course with Blend Extension Academy, you agree to the following terms:

It is the students responsibility to provide accurate details at checkout.

We may update course content, trainers or delivery methods to maintain high training standards.
To make training accessible we offer flexible payment options:

Instalments: Available through Clearpay/Paypal Pay Later (subject to approval).
